„The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.“

„We stayed a few nights in room 5A on the 4th floor with a plunge pool on the balcony overlooking the jungle - the room we got is a two story with the bedroom and living room on separate floor. This property is amazing and very clean. There’s a 24 hour security at the entrance gate so felt very safe. There’s some construction noise near by but didn’t mind it at all. This place is a gem! Would stay here again. “

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. “

„Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. „Wir waren 12 Tage im Amaka Calma in der Penthouse Suite und waren hellauf begeistert. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum, in jedem Raum ein Smart-TV und in der Küche alles was man braucht. In Laufnähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das Viertel wird neu erschlossen und rund um das Hotel wird gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren am Anfang skeptisch, weil wir einige negative ...

„Very nice hotel, staff was super super friendly and helpful. They gave us good tips as we checked-in and were always happy to help. The swimming pool is great , and the property does not have so many rooms so you don’t get this crowdy feeling which is super nice. The breakfast is basic but okay if you don’t eat too much on the morning. Just the location is a bit far from what everything happens so you definitely need a bike or get a taxi. Overall a very good experience. “

„Zu teuer für was es ist! Das Personal fragt bei dem Hotelpreis nach Tipp | Trinkgeld obwohl das Frühstück nur aus einen jämmerlichen Toast und paar Früchten besteht. Es kam kein guter Flair auf, man könnte dort viel mehr rausholen und den Leuten mit Musik Cocktails anbieten und zum verweilen einladen am Abend sowie auch ein tolles Standard Frühstück schaffen!
