„Für mich (uns) alles sehr positiv. Freundlichkeit, Einrichtung, Support, Service, Zimmer. “

„Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. “

„Verkehrsgünstige Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ok“

„Friendly and helpful host, spacious rooms, great stay!“

„This place is like a huge one bedroom apartment, decorated very nicely. There is a kitchen with dishes etc. The family taught me how to run an Italian washing machine, recommended a nice restaurant and helped us to the train. Please note the bedroom is upstairs so there are steps to deal with. The location is excellent to many restaurants and stores.“

„Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. “

„The host was very nice and also spoke English. The property is located on a hill which has an amazing view of Catanzaro and the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast was simple but had good coffee. Nights were very quiet and peaceful. This stay was one of the highlights of my trip. Unfortunately I doubt I will ever visit Catanzaro again, but if I do, I will stay here.“

„alles in ordnung“

„Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid“

„This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs.
