„We just returned from a great week in the DR. Before booking this house, I read every review and couldn’t understand why there was so much said about the staff (Alex, Cookie and Doris). Now I get it! Words can’t describe how amazing they are. The house and location are great, but those 3 are the cherry on top. My son had a small accident and ended up with a broken foot. Alex met us at the hospital and stayed the entire time, helping communicate what was going on and getting us home safely. He ...

„Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. There is also a maid who can come by and cook for guests, she prepared some ...

"Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für eine Nacht, beide sauber und zweckgemäß. Zimmer 1 mit Balkon zur Straße einwandfrei, aber ab morgens recht laut. Zimmer 2 mit Mini Balkon nach hinten, Blick auf Nachbargebäude, leicht muffiger Geruch, aber deutlich leiser. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück auf Bestellung und gut. Dachterasse mit gutem Ausblick. Wir sind zum netten Strand gefahren, ca 3-4 Minuten "

"Etwas älteres All-Inclusive-Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind etwas älter, Sauberkeit ist aber gegeben. Von den Spezialitätenrestaurants können wir das Don Pablo und das Takara empfehlen. Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen und einen hervorragenden Service erlebt. Nicht so gut war unsere Erfahrung im El Pescador. Dieses Restaurant befindet sich im Schwestern-Hotel La Romana, ist aber im All-Inclusive-Angebot des Bouganville enthalten. Hier war ein deutlicher Qualitätsunterschied zu den anderen beiden Spezialitäten-Restaurants zu spüren. Die bestellten Gericht waren durchschnittlich, der Service um Klassen schlechter. "
