„The hotel and property itself was okay. The room we stayed in - 509, was not clean. The restroom smelled dirty and the toilet would not flush. The bed sheets were stained, which we did not notice until the day of check out. All the front desk workers were rude and passive aggressive. I had asked for complimentary water (other hotels have offered this) and the lady responded rudely that they sold them behind me. Overall, not the greatest experience.“

„The staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, close to everything. The carpet could of been a little cleaner and the fact they used single ply toilet paper, otherwise wonderful.“

„Praktische Lage sehr nah an der Fähre, super lieber Gastgeber, der ein kostenloses Umgrade ermöglicht hat. “

„This property was so cute and quaint and has a wonderful staff with an amazing continental breakfast and a wine and cheese happy hour all included each day of your stay! The rooms were cute, bed was comfy and the courtyard was so tropical with lots of secluded areas to sit and relax. Would 100% stay here again!“

„The staff were so sweet, kind and helpful to the moment we checked in to when we checked out.“

„The location of the hotel was good, since it was close to Mainstreet and Harbour. The room was big and the beds fairly comfortable. It was generally clean. The room was located on street level, with a view of a big, ugly staircaise and the hotel golfcart parked in front of it. There was zero daily housekeeping, nobody ever came and checked the room during our 3-night-stay. This supposedly Deep Soaking bath tub was small, old and chipped plastic tub with old hardware that cut my hand trying to ...

„Brilliant location and super nice staff.“

„No view at all from our room. The room was clean and coffee was provided. But the AC unit is very noisy. Plus the office wanted to charge us for more water on our second day. I guess only your first night is complimentary. We boughtn water at the corner drug store.“

„Incredible experience! Entering the cove at Two Harbors reminded me of maybe a place in the South Pacific - Palm trees, mountains all around, beautiful blue water. Getting off of the ferry we were met by Abby, who anticipated our arrival and brought us up to the Lodge. The staff was available to help with every request and always greeted us with a smile. The Lodge is an Arts and Crafts former hunting lodge, built in the early 1900's. Every room within has a view of the ocean in either direction. ...

„Right in the Center of town. Everything could be easily reached by foot. About a 5 min walk to the ferry “

„It was great love the place“

„The room needed some deep cleaning, I stretched my arm and touched the headboard and my fingers got dirty from the dust, needed a good vacuum and new carpet, carpet cleaning, furniture was very worn. Some of the staff was very nice, while others seemed like they were not well trained in customer service. Great location, no beach view. Very comfortable bed, very quiet.“

„We had a wonderful experience at Snug Harbor Inn! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Avalon, with beautiful surroundings and a charming, relaxing atmosphere. The property has a lovely boutique feel that makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. What truly makes this place special is its intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy the beauty of Catalina Island, and create wonderful memories. I would highly recommend Snug Harbor ...

„The hotel is beautiful. I love the fact that it has held up over time to be available for guests now. Truly helps you be able to visualize how the stars who visited the island were experiencing it. The rooms are quaint but very lovely. There's no A/C but the sea aur cools the room very nicely. The hotel is very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!“

„Very old hotel that needs major upgrades. We stayed in a small cabin. The shower was so small, you could not turnaround in it without banging into the wall.“
