„It was gorgeous! Clean, spacious, great view, easy to drive the golf cart to/from. The ONLY downside was the 72 stairs to get to the front door. The pool was great, the spa was great, really the only downside was the stairs. “

„Wow - images certainly do not do this place justice. Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). „We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very responsive to any questions we had and his property felt like home. We loved the view! The king size bed was really comfortable and all the amenities were great! The only thing that needs a little upgrade is the golf cart, but it worked just fine and it was a plus to have! “

„We loved the location. Easy access to trails leading back to the conservatory but also within walking distance to everything you could want to do. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the main street because it meant nice quiet nights. The property manager was quick to respond by text and very helpful! Thank you!“

„A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!“
