We haven't realized till the day after that due to special and needed precautions the room would not be turned in the morning - but we have no complains about it. When we needed fresh towels, etc, they were provided for us timely. Other than the above, the property is located ~ 30 minutes from the major hikes we wanted to visit, and a bit too far from others, but it would have been unreasonable to cover them ...
