„This was a wonderful home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the comforts of home and then some. I have never seen a rental stocked with so much food. The manager/owner thought of everything that a guest might need. Clean, well decorated, comfortable. I could not have asked for better. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 20 minutes from Ithaca College. If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further. “

„My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely downtown apartment. The beautiful space was calming, perfectly appointed, and had everything we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, charming living room, and cute kitchen! The apartment is an easy walk to Ithaca Commons, where we sampled the local restaurants and checked out the shops. „Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. „Thank you for the great stay! Check in was contactless and the instructions were straightforward. The studio is cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It has a mini split that keeps the space warm in the winter (or cold in the summer). We did not end up needing to contact the hosts during our stay, and the check out was also a very simple process. „The property was close to downtown for dining, which was very convenient, so we did not end up using the kitchenette at all. The bed was comfortable as described. The bathroom, although functional, is very tight, but the shower provided nice water pressure with quick hot water available. „The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet. ...
