„The Harpeth is a lovely property and the only hotel in the historic downtown of Franklin. The 1799 restaurant was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind and worked to overcome every issue.The hotel itself is quite nice; the balcony rooms are best.“

„Ok so the rooms shown is only a handful of the ones I upgraded yes I said upgraded to get an older, run down room and checked in by a front desk person whos hands were so dirty ot looked like his hands were in a toilet...so here it is so please read Up upgraded room all pics were the renovated..I got the scariest room at the top floor at the end of a hall. „Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Great location as well!“
