Welcome to the Cozy Copper Oaks! This spacious home is perfect for family get-togethers or those much needed quiet retreats. Relaxing nature trails begin right outside the back door! Enjoy views of the lake, woods, and golf course along the way. You are minutes from the Briarbrook Club House, which has a restaurant and an outdoor pool.

As this is a family-friendly neighborhood, parties are 100% prohibited. Strictly enforced!

This listing is for all the entire house including the top two levels and the full walk out basement.
It includes 100% private use of everything mentioned.

Our family traveled to Joplin to celebrate our son-in-law's graduation from Ozark Christian College with a Master's Degree. We always love staying in homes when we all travel together so that we can enjoy each other without staying in separate hotel rooms. This home fit our family perfectly. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor space was a bonus and was a great place for the kids to play. The walking path throughout the neighborhood was so fun - water, fish, turtles were all a big hit! We cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners who were beyond gracious! The house was exactly how it is described. We will certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back to Joplin

We are a group of 16 people, families and friends, stayed at the house for Marian Days. The house is beautiful! It’s spacious and very clean. We loved the roomy kitchen with a shaded deck right off the patio door. Everyone of us enjoyed the house and already expressed Interest in booking it for 2025 Marian Days.

We enjoyed our stay at this house for a family wedding over Memorial Weekend. The size of the house was perfect, so everyone could sleep in beds/rooms! Overall, a positive experience. On the flip side, for the price of this house, it is seriously lacking some amenities like: comfortable furniture (beds were just ok; couch was silly/uncomfortable); not enough pillows or blankets for each bed (you get 1-head!). The kitchen is lacking some food prep and saving tools like tupperware, saran wrap, etc. Lastly, the welcome gift was ridiculous, I suggest you don't bother in the future, it was almost rude. For a house that slept 14, we were greeted with 2 small single-serve snack bags of popcorn + cheese crackers and a tiny bottle of wine (travel size shampoo bottle size). Outside furniture is very lacking, only a couple places to sit for 14 people, the grill was too scary to use -- it is clear the owner doesn't want you to spend time outdoors! Overall, it was fine for us a blessing to find in my families neighborhood, so getting around was easy & running/walking on the path out the backdoor was FANTASTIC! Thank you,

Very clean, spacious with a beautiful view out back, this property is perfect for gathering friends and family together. We were in town for our son's wedding and we had plenty of room and had a wonderful stay. It was nice to be welcomed with snacks and a bottle of wine. The neighborhood is very nice, and the parking is ample. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was heavenly. I would rate our stay 4 stars because 1- the hosts were the least responsive of all our VRBO stays. They didn't give us much information at the outset. Even 2 hours before checkout we hadn't gotten a welcome message. When we couldn't find some things or needed help with the thermostat or TV, they didn't respond for almost an hour. And sometimes they didn't reply to our texts at all. :( Also, at this price point there should be extra pillows and things like foil and baggies etc, but there weren't any. All in all a nice stay, just wish the hosts would have been more responsive and wish we had some needed amenities on hand.
