Walk inside the front doors into the main living room where you find a comfy sofa and huge flat screen TV with streaming capabilities for movie night with family and friends.
The wide-open kitchen with granite countertops comes with everything you could need to make special family meals. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances. Spacious dining table seats 6 with 4 more stools at the kitchen counter which creates plenty of seating for all guests.
The large master suite features a luxurious King-size bed, spacious walk in closet and flat screen streaming TV. Adjoining the master suite is the modern master bath with blue tooth enabled mirrors, dual vanities and walk-around shower.
On the other side of the home are 3 more bedrooms, sharing a guest bath with pool access, blue tooth enabled mirror and walk in shower. Two of the guest bedrooms feature queen size beds while the 3rd guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for families with children. Every bedroom is equipped with streaming Smart TVs.
This large outdoor area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time, kicking back on the chaise loungers, swimming in the electric heated pool. or enjoying an evening cookout on the brand-new gas grill while enjoying music from the blue tooth speakers

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
