The pool area is completely screened in to help keep out the bugs and also offers some SPF protection from the sun.
Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment: Our expansive lanai area is an outdoor paradise, featuring a variety of games including corn hole, darts, and ping pong. Gather around the 75-inch outdoor TV for memorable movie nights or watch the big game by the pool. As an added amenity, there are outdoor speakers that can connect to your phone or the TV. Enjoy a private cookout on the BBQ grill or slow roast your meal in the smoker. A full size outside fridge is always a plus! Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
- No unauthorized guests please. All persons, day and night guests, must be included on the original booking
- BBQ Grill and fire table: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
