Some reviewers point out the noisy environment, and this is true - so if you are particularly sensitive to the noise from the street, beware. However, l imagine any downtown location would be the same. Note to the management: I suggest you not to use the plugged in scented oil dispenser. Too strong smell.“

„The room was spacious for 5 of us. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Room was very clean and communication was good leading up to our stay and during. We had a miscommunication with check in time, but they were very quick to get to us (5 minutes) so all was well. Neighbourhood was great, close to everything we wanted to see and a couple great restaurants and yummy gelato place. We’d love to stay here again. “

„The unit itself was a really nice design and we could not have picked a better location. Any issues we may have had were management related. We stayed for six nights and housekeeping NEVER came in until we agreed to pay €25 additional for new sheets. When being introduced to your unit be sure to have them show you how to use every item like the gas oven and a clothes washer. There were NO towels in the kitchen so all dishes we washed had to air dry. Finally the bed pillows were a joke. ...

„The concierge was very nice, and the meeting and key handover went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. We also found a cockroach on the floor in the entrance area on the first evening. After we complained, the bathroom and floor were cleaned again, but it still wasn't clean.
