„Beyond disappointing. We previously stayed initially for one night when travelling for business and the stay was so exemplary we booked for my birthday and for four nights - two at The Swan and two at The Lion in Malpas. We booked again an executive room but what a very different experience from Room 10! Initially shown to room 16 which was freezing cold in the room and bathroom. „Einfach ein schönes Wohnen im Schloss. Sehr gutes Personal“

„Very nice and helpful personal. Big rooms and nicely decorated“
