„Very friendly staff and available for questions. Clean and very nice rooms, nice pool and courtyard area. Sonder app worked great for mobile entry and messaging staff. Mobile key only didn't work for the last 24 hours, but still had the keypad code to get in. Only suggestion, parking should be free in the ramp as parking availability is not readily available around the building on the street, and it has restrictions everywhere. “

„Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless. Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. Lots of fun places to eat ...
