„Customer service was outstanding throughout our process! The location is excellent ski in/ski out. The garage is great - warm, with boot warmers and wall brackets for the skis. The home is not very bus accessible, and walking on the road isn't a safe option, so we used a lot of taxis. The home was generally as expected, clean and comfortable. „The accommodations, the hosts Kirk & Sara, the welcome basket and the friendliness was absolutely amazing! However, we came down for car shows and we had a 24 ft trailer with us, it was not easy as it’s very steep with hairpin corners to get into the property. This is not a mark against the hosts just a caution to anyone bringing a trailer. Drive to the top of the mountain turn around then drive in slowly to the property so you don’t bottom out. „We spent 4 very enjoyable days staying at the Chalet at Swan Lake. Our group ranged from a two year old, through to early 80 year old grandparents. A total of 10 people.The Chalet is big with plenty of space for all the family, bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only comment is that there is really only one bathroom to share for guests in 4 of the rooms, and a bathroom within the largest upstairs bedroom.This wasn't a big deal for us as we shared the upstairs bathroom with our children, ...
