Guest Access:
I’ll send you the access code for the penthouse (Unit 16). You’ll have full access to the entire second floor, along with the 600 sq ft private patio. (Please note: we may need to access the locked “Private” closet at the bottom of the stairs during your stay, and may do so without prior notice.)

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there are three additional units located on the first floor of the building. While we want you to fully enjoy your time both downtown and inside The Vault at Bank Street Quarters, we kindly ask that you observe a quiet hours policy from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Out of respect for the guests below, we appreciate your help in keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.
