„So in order for me to write why my husband and child did not stay I had to give a review. I hope the review I gave will be the truth of how the place was. My husband took my son to the Bristol night race. Frist for both of them. He did not know if he would need to get a place or not so I found this little place and he was okay with it. Then after the race he said we are just going to drive home because he felt good. “

„Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. That was such a tiny part of the visit, it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again though. Overall I enjoyed the ...

„We, 5 of us adults, stayed May 22nd as we visited family on our way to Gatlinburg. This was a nice and very clean place. The location was great..across from the Casino. „Highlights from the porch: great blue heron, beaver swimming upstream with branch, geese with six goslings visiting every morning. Truly beautiful. I enjoyed my stay. I was out and about during the day. The location is very convenient and it was easy to get to Johnson City and Blountville to visit family. „Cabin its spectacular. 360 amazing views. Driveway needs to be compacted correctly it’s not accessible without a fwd. Sheets and utensils were not clean, no trash bags were left for our stay. Great area amazing views we enjoyed a lot our stay. 100% recommended “

„This wonderful home has everything we could have needed. The homeowners have provided a clean, well-stocked, welcoming place to stay for vacation. The pool towels and extra propane were not expected, but very much appreciated. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 Golden Retrievers and everyone enjoyed their stay to the fullest. Nick was communicative and extremely helpful. We would love to rent this perfect home again!“

„Great place would stay again!“

„My stay was all I hoped it would be. Peaceful, good weather, quiet except for the occasional cow moo and the distant laughter of children playing across the river. Saw different kinds of wildlife, beaver, turtles, ducks and deer. And to the lady across the river who was singing, you have a beautiful voice! “

„Cool and clean“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin kind of wraps it's arms around you when you walk in. It was very clean, which I loved. The outside decks are nice as well. We were sitting out enjoying the stars and actually saw several satellites pass over. You can definitely relax. Tons of outdoors things to do in the area.“
