„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit ...

„Guests in the room beside mine were throwing a party well after midnight. There was music blaring, yelling, screaming, banging. I called the front desk twice within an hour and the party was not shut down.“

„The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

„A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.“

„The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.“

„Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt 10 Tage. Zwischendurch hat es mit der Reinigung nur bedingt geklappt. Leider waren wir in diesem Fall nicht zu 100% Zufrieden. Für uns war morgens und abends kein Manager zusprechen bzw. vor Ort. Wir hätten uns auch über schriftliche Mitteilung des Managements gefreut es gab jedoch keine Reaktion. Schade Hampton Inn steht sonst für Perfektion.“

„This is a brand new property so it is in excellent condition. Restaurant attached which is convenient for a meal or to hang out if you are with a group (we stayed for volleyball tournament). Only way it could be better is if breakfast was provided with stay.“
