Once we were contacted by the concierge the communication was great but initially there were a few challenges getting hold of property and confirming cot bed & deposit. „Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) Obwohl es erst schien als läge das Hotel etwas außerhalb, hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen - innerhalb von 20 min im Bus ist man im Stadtkern und es liegt an einer schönen Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Bars (die man aber nicht hört). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und zur Straße ist es etwas lauter. Alles in allem würden wir das Montempô aber immer wieder besuchen und uneingeschränkt ...

Eine Dame erzählt mir, dass sie nicht zuständig ist und ich müsste eine Dorothee anrufen. Das tue ich und es geht nur ein Ab an. Ich rufe bei Expedia an, man versucht das Apparteo zu erreichen. Inzwischen ruft mich Dorothee zurück und erklärt mir auf französisch das Prozedere für den Schlüssel (im Tresor). Endlich im Zimmer stellen wir fest, dass wir ...

„We stayed at Student Factory for 3 nights. This is a new apartment block near Gare St Jean. There are parking buildings around or you can find some street parking. The building is a little hard to find at first. The apartment we started in had a bad leak, but they changed us to another one. Nice and warm and good views. Bed was great, very comfortable - kitchen was very basic but had some plates and cutlery and a couple of saucepans. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. “

„First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon).
