„The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full ...

„breakfast was not worth talking about they said it was great and we had no eggs no bacon no pancakes no sauage poor menu and the pool was very cold and no hot tub thr shower water control. handle was left at the front desk it fell off into the shower and we could not control water as we had no faucet handle“

„Room 306 has a weird clacking sound that happens twice in the middle of the night. Just a quick clack at around 12:30 am then again around 1 am. Sounds like someone unlocking the deadbolt on the door. Not sure if it's the refrigerator, maybe. But other than that it was a really good stay. Thanks“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “
