„I came here as a Lees-McRae alumni along with 3 other alumni friends for a weekend event. We really enjoyed being in this condo. It was clean and stocked with snacks and coffee for us. It was very spacious with great amenities. It was awesome to be in walking distance from downtown BE. Also not having any stairs was so nice! „I had stayed at a property owned by Karen in downtown Bristol before, so when that one wasn’t available for this stay I reached out to see what else she had. This Bristol Motor Speedway location is 10-15 min from town and King University. That worked well for us on graduation weekend. The unit is as described. There might be some street noise but we accept that as it does face the street. It was super clean. There are directions for use for everything in the unit. She was great with response ...

„Checking in was super easy, informative emails were sent prior to arrival. The location was great but not ski in ski out. There was a decent walk to the slope but honestly it wasn’t bad. Our group made the walk 2 of the 3 days. It was a cozy place and very enjoyable. Saturday’s are packed on the slopes but sundays were great both day and night time skiing. “

„Location is great for everything Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk have to offer. The unit is gorgeous and well appointed. Matched pictures and descriptions. Our teens loved the game room of course after a day out and about. I was very impressed with the amenities in the room. If we needed it, it was probably there. And finally, Brad was a conscientious and extremely hospitable host. Communication was clear. He checked in on us and offered assistance should we need any. Highly recommend this ...

„The best thing that I can say about this property is that owners apparently did some DIY improvements. The photos online are enticing but not exactly accurate. Hemlock Nob condominiums are average, old, and has an HOA which Vacasa would not give us any contact info to take care of outside problems or emergencies. We arrived about 4:30pm on our check-in date and found 6 inches to 1 foot of snow and ice on the 12 steps and front deck leading to the outside entrance door (which had 4 inch ...
