„The hotel was generally okay. However, the elevators were very slow, and the breakfast was disappointing. The staff at breakfast seemed inattentive, and the buffet selection was quite limited. The bed in the room had a few stains, and the sheet had one or two small holes. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also didn’t feel particularly recognized or appreciated during my stay.“

„Had a room up on the 6th floor. Hot water could hardly call "hot" and the hot water pressure was very low and sometimes (when other people were using hot water as well?) down to a trickle. I tried using the Keurig coffee to make a cup of tea and the water came out with bits black stuff, even after the 5th rinse. So finally decided I was not so desperate for a cup of tea.... I had stayed in this hotel 18 months ago and it was much better back then-“

„Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet. Der Service ist sehr gut, der Shuttleservice hat noch Luft nach oben. Das Team im Hotel ist meist überfordert. Doch dies muss man nur zum Frühstück ertragen. Leider auch unfreundlich. Achtung versteckte Kosten!!! “
