The hotel was generally okay. However, the elevators were very slow, and the breakfast was disappointing. The staff at breakfast seemed inattentive, and the buffet selection was quite limited. The bed in the room had a few stains, and the sheet had one or two small holes. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also didn’t feel particularly recognized or appreciated during my stay.
