„Lovely stay for a family vacation. Lots of amenities and easy communication with owner. Fastest access to Happy Valley required a fairly steep boot pack up to the path (and fairly steep walk/slide down for ski out!) which may be challenging for some. Ski in down to Plaza/Ridge Rocket was super accessible and fun!“

I will not be returning as long as this customer unfriendly policy remains in place. The property is dated throughout. I would definitely not call it a "Chateau", more like a lodge. „A big studio that easily fit our family of three. The place is a little dated & the hot tub is on view for patrons at the Bullwheel, but you cannot beat the convenient location! The hosts were attentive & can provide affordable prices on ski rentals & lessons, as well as transfers to/from the airport. Big White is our new favorite ski/snowboard destination!“

„The location is amazing, 5 minute walk to downtown to the village. the was pretty nice and cozy a couple of burnt out light bulbs and the fridge downstairs didn't work very well as they had to bring us ice for our cooler to keep our drinks cold other than that it was a pretty nice stay.“
