„Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!“

„It's always so hard to find a place with dogs. This surpassed my expectations. House was clean, stocked with enough basics, check in process was seamless, and my two dogs were allowed. “

„We had a lovely time staying here we gave a 4 star rating because of the poor shower in the master bedroom and a shower leaking through from upstairs airs into downstairs bathroom. The house was in a great location and we loved the space we had. We were all very comfortable and had a lovely time“

„House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early. ...

Some signs of wear and tear (loose kitchen cabinet door hinge, clunky freezer door, worn floor mat), but everything was functional. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, along with a common bathroom which was very convenient. “

Property manager was quick to fix an unusable coffee maker. Would be nice to have checkin info a bit sooner than one hour before. And Guidebook was a bit lacking. “

„We have stayed in vacation rentals around the world, this is by far our favorite! Loved the location, layout of home, they had everything we could have wanted/needed, beach chairs, towels, kitchen was set up with all we could want. Communication with Joey was easy, quick responses and so helpful with check in and out! Highly recommend booking this home! We will be back!!!! It’s even more beautiful in person!“

"Die Unterkunft wirkt in den Medien wesentlich moderner als sie tatsächlich ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber dann doch an der ein oder anderen Stelle in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis ist in meinen Augen zu hoch gegriffen. Die Gebühren für den Parkplatz sind einfach nur frech (45USD p. Nacht)."

"Tolles Hotel in guter Lage. Leider waren unsere Zimmer direkt an einer befahrenen Straße. Concierge und Bell desk waren super nett und sehr freundlich. Leider war die Freundlichkeit in der Rezeption unterirdisch. Ich habe selten ein so arrogantes Verhalten erlebt. Schade."
