„Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all. „The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. „Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally ...

„the property is located at a very strategic location. There are restaurant that you can dine and convenient stores to get sundry at 8th floor where the gardens is located. However, the one annoying thing is the access card for service apartment often gets override by the resident's master key whenever you are in the lift to your floor. This lead to skipping your floor and taking you a joy ride before you can actually reach your floor when the lift is empty without residents.“

Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes! Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! Bref, aucun recours. J'ai donc perdu 600$ cad dans l'histoire et eux s'en ...

„Gutes Hotel mit riesigen Appartements. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich erhielt dort gute Tips für die Umgebung. Samstag und Sonntag war es sehr ruhig. Am Montag gingen Hochhausabrißarbeiten mit Preßlufthammer auf der gegenüber liegenden Strassenseite weiter. Das war ziemlich belastend. Mit ANC-Kopfhöhrer gind es. Das Frühstück war für Europäer sehr bescheiden. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es nette Lokale mit Möglichkeiten, auch spät. “

„Gute Unterkunft, die schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Rooftoppool mit toller Aussicht, war leider bei unserem Aufenthalt ein wenig schmutzig. Die azimmer sind sehr groß und bueten ebenfalls einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Wer eine gute Lage um nicht allzu viel Geld will, liegt hier richtig. “
