„We had a few issues with the boo“

„Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.“

„Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp.“

„Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.“

„First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. “

„Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money So over all it was terrible 👎“

„Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!“

„WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also ...
