„They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever.“
