„There is no reception. For check in and out you have to call a number and a very inpolite and stressed guy tells you when he has time to meet you for check in. For check out its the same. He gives you the feeling not to be welcome at all. The room is old and not clean. The pictures of the room must be very old. There is no extra bed available. „This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all.“

„There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away.
