„Perfect location to explore Madrid and to stay comfortable as well as safe. Small complaints: one lightbulb didn't work at bedroom side table, tiny hand soap in bathroom was already broken into pieces, had to buy some liquid soap.“

„Very comfortable and quiet. Downside is there is really no window with access to much sunlight/daylight; they are all heavily frosted so the apartment is a little dark. However, I would stay again.“

„Reception was very friendly, and manned 24/7. The room/apartment was clean and well-designed, and equipped with TV, safe, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. I was only staying overnight, but I was impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of New Point Ópera, and I would stay here again.“

„The ceiling is too low, you have very little place to walk straight. The painting is very dirty , and have a lot of humidity in the walls. In the bathroom door , the key is not working and the sliding door is not working, you are not even to close it. Oven is not working and some of the kitchen fires are also not working.The service and checkin and out was smooth, the location is great, but the facility is not worth it to pay this money. I will never go there again.“

„Stayed here with my husband and twin girls (22 months) The bed is so uncomfortable we slept on the sofa - a lot more comfortable although we needed to put my shoes under as it kept coming out of the socket to hold it in place. No sink plug. Very minimal utensils for cooking. For 4 guests we were only given 2 pillows, given 2 towels for my children that were the size of bath mat, then randomly had 1 dropped off along with only 1 extra pillow.. if you’re travelling and need to do washing just be ...
