If I had one complaint… the handheld shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and maybe around the mirror there should be a tad bit more lighting. There wasnt a QVR code for me to look at the menus and there are no directions on how to work things in the room…, so maybe adding a info brochure on the hotel, TV, menus etc would help ...
