„This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime, ...

„The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone. The rooms themselves were both lovely that we had booked. A double and a family room both lovely rooms.We did have a powercut to our room which ...

„Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt im North Hill Hotel. Wie schon beide Male zuvor habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut, die Zimmer klein aber fein und vor allem sauber, die Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut, die Lage phantastisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit von Julie, sowie der jungen Rezeptionistin/Bedienung. Beide sorgen dafür, das man sich hier als Gast wohl und willkommen fühlt. “

„The staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldn’t do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. “
