„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

„Everyone was very friendly from the time you walk in. Many options that come with the breakfast buffet which is free with your stay. I would like to see French toast or waffles, but they had an omelet station Room was ready and they allowed an early check in which was great after a 5 hour drive. The parking is 25 a day which I feel should come with the hotel room stay and not have to pay extra. Starbucks right outside of hotel and about a 25 min walk to downtown and to PNC ballpark. “
