Newly renovated cozy apartment spanning 2 separate floors (2nd and 3rd) located 1 block from Jax beach. 2nd floor included 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with kitchen, dining and sitting area. 3rd floor included 1 bedroom and bath and large outdoor patio. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. The location was great! Lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. 2 parking spots. Host was attentive and nice to work with. “

„It is very safe, clean, comfortable and perfect location for us. We had everything necessary to enjoy our winter week end. We visited breweries enjoyed the Christmas decorations in Atlantic and Neptune towns and walked the beach every day. I cooked dinner all three nights without a hitch. First floor was ideal with our dog to go outside in the enclosed back yard. There are no sand spurs in their grass. “
