Our expansive villa is thoughtfully decorated to emulate the comforts of home, ensuring your utmost comfort during your stay, while also evoking a sense of luxury synonymous with resort living.

Shipwatch Villas is situated within the stunning grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort.

Our condo is located on the grounds of the picturesque Omni Amelia Island Resort. Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our condo comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The resort offers an unparalleled experience, featuring over three miles of unspoiled beaches and a myriad of waterways to explore. Nestled amidst a lush forest of live oaks, you'll relish in the abundance of walking and biking paths. Within walking distance from our condo, the Omni Resort presents a diverse array of shops and restaurants, including a charming miniature golf course nestled among the majestic live oaks. Nature enthusiasts will marvel at the diverse wildlife, from birds to turtles, crabs, and occasional manatee sightings in their natural habitat.

Our spacious 2nd-floor/3rd condo is meticulously decorated to provide the comforts of home while exuding a luxurious resort ambiance. The lower level features both bedrooms, a laundry room, and storage areas for beach and pool essentials. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The upper level houses the family room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony, offering scenic views of the relaxation area, green space, and ocean. Our complex includes a seasonally heated pool and televisions in each bedroom and the living room. We provide high-quality towels and sheets for your comfort, and our fully stocked kitchen ensures all your culinary needs are met.

We strive to enhance your beach and pool experience by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach toys stored in our condo's storage closet. Please note that while our complex features an elevator, there are a few stairs/steps to access our condo door from the elevator. We prioritize your satisfaction and convenience, with our team readily available to address any needs during your stay.

This premier condo offers an exceptional opportunity for a family getaway or special vacation, boasting breathtaking ocean views and proximity to all resort activities. Ranked among the top three islands in the Continental US by Travel and Leisure 2021, Amelia Island promises an unforgettable vacation experience. We highly recommend travelers insurance for added peace of mind.

While this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort, guests still have access to the resort's walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, putt-putt, and more. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy various courses in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh located on the grounds of the Omni Resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this rental does not grant access to certain resort privileges or amenities like the main hotel pool and fitness center, and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests.

Our layout ensures adherence to all social distancing guidelines, with outdoor front door entrances and open-air stairwells. We prioritize cleanliness, following all CDC guidelines and Nassau County's cleaning protocol, to ensure a safe and enjoyable vacation experience.

You will have full access to the entire condo. You will not be sharing any part of the condo/villa with a host, owner or other renter.

This property is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort (previous known as the Amelia Island Plantation). This is in a gates resort.

You can rent a golf cart or use your car.

My name is Michelle Sheintal and my parents own this condo. As our guest, you are a priority to me, and I am 'on call' to help you with anything you need during your stay ~ including any problems that could arise or to assist in guidance for fun activities and restaurant suggestions. My cleaners and handy men live nearby and can easily address any issues that need their attention during your stay. I am just a call or text away!

We have spared no details or expense to make sure you are comfortable during your vacation. Our number one goal is to have you return for future vacations. Our condo has 'high-quality, name-brand' furniture & mattresses, linens, small kitchen appliances, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We have created an environment within the condo that will hopefully tempt you to go ahead and book your next vacation with us ~ while still at our condo!

You will receive a 'Check-in' (via email) before your arrival that will provide you with all of the information you need (for a smooth check-in, and additional details to enhance your stay). Our Packet also includes restaurant suggestions, info on fun activities located near Ocean Place and Amelia Island(ie bike rentals, golf cart rentals etc.), golf course suggestions, door codes, WiFi instructions, and so much more that will be a great reference for you during your vacation.
Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
