VILLA ANNA - AMALFI
This stunning villa is situated along the coastal road, just 3Km from Amalfi town centre. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, all cascading down to the sea, the property has furnished terraces on three levels. There is a private swimming pool (4x8 m; 1.50-2.20m deep) with sun loungers, 2 showers and a shaded dining area seating up to 12 people. Please note that there are steps from the pool area to the villa. Bars and shops are 3km away in Amalfi town centre.

The property comprises of a main house and a separate annex with 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.

MAIN HOUSE:
Entrance from the main road into the parking spot. From the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a lounge area with door to the spacious double bedroom with single sofa bed (sofa bed available only on request and payable locally) and en suite bathroom with shower.

From the lounge area a stone staircase (20 steps) takes us down to the spacious dining/sitting room with sofas and doors opening to the terrace with seating and sea views. On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace. On the right of the sitting room there is a fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and windows with sea views.

Dining room with table seating up to 14 people and a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly onto the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 14 people and BBQ. Well equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly onto the terrace.

ANNEX
Dependance with 2 bedrooms; both rooms have TV, windows to back of house and French doors opening to the terrace as well as en-suite bathrooms with shower.

- From the terrace, 19 steps up to the parking area and 15 steps down to the second level (reachable also from the sitting room through a stair of 12 steps) covered by a bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, dining table for 12, garden seats, in built seating and outside lighting.
- 3 steps down to a further terrace with garden seats and rocking chairs surrounded by palms, green olive groves, pine trees and splendid sea views.
- Further 40 steps down to the third and lower level with comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces, swimming pool, outdoor shower, covered dining area for al fresco meals with table and chairs for 12 and beautiful sea views.

Access to the villa is via a remote-controlled gate. A car is advisable.

Facilities air conditioning, include microwave, american coffee maker, dish washer, freezer, fridge, kettle, toaster, haidryer in each bathroom, Wi-Fi, pool towels, satellite TV in each bedroom and sitting room, central heating, air conditioning in each bedroom and sitting room, safe boxes, DVD player, American refrigerator with ice maker, oven, barbecue, parking area for 2/3 medium sized cars with remote-controlled gate. bathroom kit (shampoo, body soap, body cream, room slippers, shower cap, cotton fiok).

Services included in the price: daily housekeeping ( Monday to Saturday), midweek change of linen, porter service, private parking suitable for 3 medium sized cars or 2 vans, unlimited consumptions (wi fi – electricity – gas – heating/air conditioning), daily gardening service ( Monday to Saturday), Local concierge, 10% discount for lunches and dinners at restaurant Lido Azzurro placed in Amalfi down town centre. Working area equipped with PC and print machine.

Not included, on demand: Continental Breakfast, private chef, cooking classes, laundry and ironing service, pre-stocking, pizza and food delivery, etc.

PLEASE NOTE:
- for the use of the washing machine and iron, the owner asks for a fee in order to preserve the sparse drinking water of the area, as many clients would let it run for just one piece of laundry. They can only be used by the cleaning lady. Please enquire for more info.
