„This cozy cottage was the perfect fit and location for me and my family’s visit to Danville and the Caesars Casino! The bedrooms were much larger than I expected in comparison to the photos online! Great furnishings, state of the art kitchen and comfortable beds!!! The casino is about 2 blocks away and other attractions close by! The River District is also a few blocks away! „The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. “

„It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!“

We enjoyed the covered pier for fishing and hanging out. Plus, a spacious covered deck for gathering. The kitchen worked well for meal preparation with plenty of open space upstairs and downstairs for socializing.“
