„Excellent location right on the outskirts of Old Forge. Secluded, friendly neighborhood (seasonal houses/cabins) just minutes from the lake. Pass allows access to a secluded, small community beach or swimming area on the lake. Camp Pawnee is exquisitely decorated with custom furniture, paintings and other fun decor. WiFi was great, and sufficient for our needs, including streaming services. Property manager was attentive, easy to reach by email and very friendly. Back deck and yard were great, ...

Hot top was nice addition. Huge property with a lots of place for kids to run and play. Property its only about 20 minutes drive to Lake George. Owner responds your questions in less then 15 minutes. Recommended for sure.“

„This was a great place to stay in Lake Placid that was in the ideal location--away from the business of the downtown area, but close enough to walk to the downtown area, and it is a scenic walk around the lake. Staying here gives you the feel of staying in a mountain lodge. There was plenty of room for 5 people, and the house was well-attended with all the amenities we needed. „Close to all attractions. We loved Rogers Park, Rogers Rock Park & camp ground with boat launch and larger beach there. Sagamore was great with pavilion restaurant an A for food and service! Bolton landing had some great shops and restaurants too. Some of the group went to Fort Ticonderoga and a museum. We would have done the castle tour and garden tour but ran out of days! "Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Ganges, hier kam nur ein sehr geringer Teilnder Frischluft an, so dass wir drei Tage in unserem eigenen "Mief" verbringen mussten ohne ausreichende Sauerstoffzufuhr. Wir mussten daher mehrmals die Zimmertür zum Flur öffnen, um nicht zu ersticken. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Auch wurde die feuchte Luft nach dem Duschen nicht abgesaugt, so dass die Feuchtigkeit am Spülkasten der Toilette kondensierte und Fützen auf dem Boden bildete. Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer war auch nicht in Ordnung. Schön war die Außenanlage mit tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten am See."
