„The room was really nice. Unfortunate that they don’t wipe the outdoor detritus off the Adirondack chairs and balcony. We would have enjoyed using that feature of the room but the balcony and chairs were filthy. Everything else was great.“

„We had a great stay at the Balsam Inn! Everyone put their hearts into giving folks a great experience. My husband says the dinner was the finest he ever had, and I appreciated all the little things that made our travel easier (ice for coolers, a shared frig, absolutely lovely and plentiful bedding). „Der Boden im Badezimmer war so morsch, dass eine Person durch den Boden gebrochen ist und sich übel verletzt hat. Trotz sofortiger Meldung wurden lediglich ein paar kleine Bretter über das Loch gelegt und es ist nichts weiter gemacht worden. Auch nach erneuter Meldung nicht. Der Boden im ganzen Badezimmer war aber weich und gab nach und war nicht sicher! Achtung, die Häuser befinden sich in Privatbesitz und werden vor Ort nur von einem Dienstleister verwaltet. „Our family loved their stay. Tori and Justin were incredible - always responded very quickly and were so pleasant. Family voted this year for the mountains instead of shore as a change of pace and we were not disappointed!. So much to do and such a beautiful area. „My fiancé and I found this booking on the lake and are so glad we did! Tory and Chandler at check in were amazing and so accommodating! They made us feel welcomed and helped us with our guests parking. Our cabin was 10/10 on the cleanliness scale with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and an enclosed porch!
