„Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel eine Frechheit. Leider geht's am Empfang schon los. Man wird von einem Geruch von Duftaromen überwältigt, leider nicht im positiven. Dann wird noch eine Geldsicherheitsleistung verlangt, um überhaupt aufs Zimmer zu dürfen. Obwohl das teure Zimmer schon längst bezahlt ist. Einrichtung und Ambiente erinnern eher an 2-3Sterne! „When in Rome.. there are three hot hotels at the moment.. G Rough, Chapter and Rhinoceros! Rhino is so different and special! Wow. The communication with the front office in advance was so great that you already know before that it’s gonna be a great stay.
