"I decided to book this hotel instead of an apartment (which usually has much more charm) for two reasons: the rooftop bar with a skyline view and the included luggage storage. In the end, the bar was closed, so you couldn’t enjoy a drink or the view. It is only open from May to September (or October), and this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. The luggage storage also turned out not to be included (despite what Expedia promised), and instead, you had to pay by the hour. Overall, this is simply unacceptable, petty, and does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. And yes, the breakfast is vegetarian - you only get a few pieces of cold cuts if you specifically ask for them."

"Das Social Hub in Wien hat seinen Zweck auf jeden Fall erfüllt. Besonders positiv fand ich das gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio – für ein Hotel wirklich überdurchschnittlich. Auch das Frühstück war überzeugend, mit einer guten Auswahl, sodass eigentlich jeder etwas Passendes findet. Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Wien."
