"Besonders toll an dem Hotel war die Rooftop Terrasse mit Pool. Dort hat man wirklich den besten Blick über Florenz. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es gibt auch täglich Aktivitäten im Hotel an denen man teilnehmen kann. Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt!"

"The hotel was overbooked . I paid nearly 250 EUR per night and they offered me a dark room at low level -with narrow view on a shaft.. I changed to a room for handicapped people with ruined furniture with a view on the entrance to the car park and noise from there and ventilation machines - I was told this was the only room left … the mattress was bad .. advertisement of the room on Expedia did not fit at all to what I experienced on site . Would never go there again . The only positive thing I may highlight is that the staff was very friendly and tried to help .. "
