„Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, da es sich sehr zentral befindet und man somit auch zu Fuß zu den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen (z.B. Kathedrale von Palermo, Kapuzinergruft). Das Hotel liegt auch in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes, weswegen man in nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Airport-Shuttle-Bus dorthin gelangt. Das Personal war ebenfalls überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber dafür sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ...

„Das Alma Hotel war fantastisch! Die MitarbeiterInnen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so nettes und engagiertes Personal gesehen! Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt täglich kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist optimal, die Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Alma Hotel können wir voll und ganz empfehlen – jedes Detail zeugt von echter Liebe ...
