Ich möchte das ganze Team loben, insbesondere Diogo, Anibal, Pedro, Paulo und Beatriz. Bei Fragen sind sie 24 Stunden erreichbar und sehr höflich, wie auch unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation erfolgt super einfach über WhatsApp. Allee notwendigen Infos werden übermittelt, mit Fotos und Videos, da kann man einfach nichts falsch machen. Das Apartment ist unfassbar sauber gewesen, sehr geräumig und total süß eingerichtet. Alles was notwendig ist, war vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine mit Pods, Kaffeemaschine und dazu Tabs, eine vollausgestattete Küche wie auch ein super bequemes Bett. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral, somit ist alles fußläufig erreichbar (Restaurants, Bäckereien, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Direkt vor der Unterkunft bleibt der Bus 601 und 602 stehen, der einen vom und zum Flughafen bringt. Parkplatz gibt es gegen Aufpreis ebenfalls, ca. 6 Gehminuten vom Apartment. Hierher werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Our room was lovely,lots of nice touches, Including a coffee machine and bathrobes. The staff were so helpful, so friendly, they seemed genuinely interested in making our stay lovely. The breakfast was Amazing and had so much choice, all high quality products and so fresh. We also had a beautiful Italian meal in the hotel restaurant one night. Our room was adjacent to the rooftop terrace so we had lots of opportunities to take in the wonderful views of Porto and I used the hotel pool and sun terrace a number of times. If you're looking for a high end, comfortable boutique hotel right next to the historic centre of Porto, THIS is the hotel to choose, I will be returning to Porto and WILL be staying in the Lenscape Coterie again without doubt, thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable!

Das Zimmer war perfekt in perfekter Lage. Es war sauber und das Personal ist mehr als nur hilfsbereit und liest jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Als kleine Notiz: das Schlafzimmer ist etwas hellhörig und man hört wenn die Nachbarn rum laufen. Uns hat es gar nicht gestört trotzdem wollten wir es für die geräuschempfindlichen hinweisen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Location is recommended if you like to escape the crowds. It’s still within walking distance to many attractions of the city. Public parking is available around the area, but you can only buy a parking ticket for maximum of 2 hours, extension isn’t possible. Breakfast is served directly to the table and in 4 stages. If you are tight on time, they will speed up the process. Don’t forget to hand in the room card, otherwise you will have to ship it back. Special thanks to Joao and Ashley for their help.
