Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück ist eine reine Katastrophe. Lieblose kleine Kipferl mit Marmelade?! Sehr fraglich? Für dieses sehr liebevoll und freundliche Hotel gibt es bei uns für das Frühstück maximal -2 Sonst wie gesagt sehr schön

Really unpleasant experience. We arrived to spend the weekend at the hotel, mainly to enjoy hot days at the lake. First things we learnt was that the restaurant we wanted to go to for dinner was fully booked both nights and on Sunday we should leave at check-out time at 12:00 and can’t use any facilities, as the venue is fully booked for private event. No one thought it would be information worth sharing in advance. When we wanted to have a drink on the day of arrival there were no free tables outside. There were in total around 10 tables, at best and we were offered to share a bench with another couple (?!). The next day was a joke. At 10am there were no free sun beds and no umbrellas. It was hot and everyone wanted to have space at the deck, so obviously 30-40 sun-beds they have are not enough and I don’t see how it could come as a surprise for the hotel where the main attraction is the lake. Also there’re plenty of umbrellas around the property, but they’re too heavy for employees to carry to the deck. The few employees are merely enough to work at the lake and keep on repeating trained apologies for any delays, no sun beds, no chairs. At every step smth was off. Sun cream was empty, water was empty, drinks took 20-30 min, just to get the wrong drink. As an alternative I went to the gym just to find that AC is broken there but you’re very welcome to exercise with open window and 27 degrees Celsius inside the room. It was exactly the same on the day after.

Die Lage des Hotels nahe U-Bahn ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist durchschnittlich groß. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werde. Dusche Fehlanzeige. Duschen kann man nur in der Badewanne (sehr beengt). Das Frühstück war eine pure Enttäuschung. Trockene mini Brötchen, keine Wurst aus Geflügel nur Wurst vom Schwein. Spiegeleier lagen vertrocknet in einer Wärmewanne. Kein offener Joghurt, alles in einem Miniglas fertig angerichtet. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, ich musste mein Apartment jedoch wechseln, da es im Badezimmer stark nach Schimmel gerochen hat und auch recht viel Schimmel sichtbar war. Der Wechsel hat schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Im neuen Apartment war das Badezimmer gut gereinigt, jedoch gab es größere Seifenschlieren am Spiegel und an der Duschtrennwand. Die Apartments sind ansonsten empfehlen, die Lage ist gut.
