la présentation est trompeuse, pas de parking a dispo, pas d'aide pour le parking, pas de salon, la terrase du toit qui n'ouvre qu'à 16h avec de la techno, un petit déjeuner basic, pas de staff, du mobilier bas de game, des mauvaises installations dans la salle de bain. aucun charme et peu entretenu. si nous avions fait le choix d'un 2 étoiles on comprendrait, mais le prix ne vaut pas le service.

Stylish hotel in a central location with a lovely spa and swimming pool area. The breakfast was excellent, and overall the hotel has a very attractive and sophisticated atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was a significant disappointment. Although it was facing the inner courtyard, it was located directly next to the elevator. The wall opposite the elevator was made of glass, and the room windows were positioned immediately beside the elevator area. This meant that guests waiting for or exiting the elevator, as well as people simply walking through the corridor, could look directly into the room. There was essentially no privacy whenever the curtains were open. To have any privacy, I had to keep the curtains completely closed, which unfortunately also meant having virtually no natural daylight in the room. For a five-star hotel, particularly given the relatively high room rate, I found this room arrangement difficult to understand and below the standard I would expect. A room in such a location should, in my opinion, be clearly indicated or offered with appropriate privacy considerations. I would nevertheless like to emphasize that the hotel itself is beautiful, and the spa, pool and breakfast were definite highlights of my stay. I would simply recommend paying close attention to the exact location of the room when booking.

Das Sheraton Hotel liegt direkt an der berühmten hölzernen Seebrücke (Molo) und der Ostsee und ist Teil des sogenannten Centrum Haffnera, das anstelle des historischen Kurhauses errichtet wurde. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das berühmte historische Hotel Sofitel Grand Sopot (Art-Déco-Bau), dass im Jahre 1927 eröffnet wurde. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht – ein Familienzimmer und ein Junior-Suite mit einem herrlichen Erker, von dem aus man einen fantastischen Blick sowohl auf das Meer als auch auf den Platz hat (419). Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel, mit einer guten Klimaanlage und einem tadellosen Service. Das Frühstück ist insgesamt gut, allerdings lassen die auf Bestellung zubereiteten Gerichte zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool ist recht groß und einladend, allerdings ist der gesamte Spa-Bereich klein, es gibt nur wenige Liegen und kein Kinderbecken. Der Kinderclub wird nicht betreut, man muss sein Kind selbst beschäftigen. Die Club-Lounge hat uns nicht besonders gefallen: Sie ist immer überfüllt, die Auswahl an Getränken ist gering, es gibt keine Cocktailkarte, und die Cocktails werden auf Bestellung offen gesagt schlecht zubereitet. Die Lieferung des Gepäcks auf die Zimmer erfolgt nur auf Anfrage und nicht automatisch, was für ein solches Hotel ungewöhnlich ist.
