I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. The decision from the hotel not to have a buffet is terrible. The Dinner Restaurants all served really not tasty food. The food experience from all dinner restaurants was bad, so we tried to use the afternoon kitchens which were great and the Room Service, which delivered fantastic food. The Tex Mex Buffet on Thursdays and the breakfast was really good as well. So as I said, usually this could make a bad experience, if you are not flexible, but the hotel was fantastic. The hotel wasn't fully booked oput, so we never had a problem getting a sunbed at the beach, but I can understand, that people are mad, that two thirds of all potential beach space is taken by cabanas that the hotel sells for $85 a day on top. This is a crazy rip off. Agin, we were not affected by this, so no star deduction. In high season this would probably something that we were furious about as well.

Tolle Unterkunft mit idealer Lage zur Stadt. Wer viel grün und kein Beton liebt ist hier richtig. Schöner Palmenstrand mit genügend. Liegen, wir lagen nicht einmal am Pool. Die Verpflegung war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend.

Wir waren mit allen total zufrieden, das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, das Essen sowohl im Buffet Restaurant als auch in den 4 a la Card Restaurants war immer sehr gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und waren auch hier mit dem Zimmer super zufrieden

Klimaanlage war kaput und die verwaltung hat einfach dass Thema a ignoriert. Frühstucken war ein Stuhlen Spielt, Schnell dein Essen abholen nachdem in eine Schlange warten für einem Tisch ansonsten jemand anders nimmt dein Tisch , wenn du auf einen Omelett wartest , sicher du müss auf andere neue Tisch warten und neue Getränke bestellen. Künstoff glässer. Nicht ganz mexikanisch gerrichte, sicher eine „Fiesta americana :)“ nicht empfehlenswert.
