This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe. I cannot tell what it was, but it must have been from things we ate in the hotel. Am very very sorry because I had fallen in love with everything there. Nevertheless, there seems to be a cleanliness/health situation.

"Exceptional property. Stunning views and impeccable service, fresh delicious food. It felt like a dream. I definitely plan to return. Absolutely loved my room with it's own infinity pool and breathtaking views. Breakfast included and it was so fresh and delicious!!!"
