The hotel was modern and very nice. However the shower flooded the bathroom every time you used it. They also had a 6AM yoga class that you could hear in the room. Other than that the r property was spacious, clean, modern and safe. The check in process was a little wild. They used facial recognition each time you entered the building and had cameras watching all the halls. It was a bit Big Brother is watching you. However, we would stay again for the space, comfort, and convenience.

We had an outstanding stay and would return without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the team set the tone: exceptionally professional, genuinely warm, and consistently attentive without ever being intrusive. It is rare to experience service that is so polished while still feeling personal and relaxed. The hotel clearly operates to the highest standards across the board, everything felt seamless, well organized, and meticulously maintained. This level of quality and service naturally comes at a corresponding price point, but in this case it felt entirely justified. If you value excellence, discretion, and a truly professional yet friendly approach, the Delaire Graff Lodges and SPA delivers.

**Hotel Review – 4/5 Stars** Excellent service throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently and with great warmth. A special mention goes to the breakfast team — thank you for your remarkable hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness each morning truly stood out and made a lasting impression. For travellers arriving by rental car, this hotel is an excellent choice: secure and easy parking, with straightforward access and departure routes. The only reason we cannot award five stars is the fitness room, where not all equipment is properly maintained, the exercise bike, for example, is broken (bent pedals). With this addressed, the hotel would fully deserve top marks. We would happily return and recommend this hotel.
