„Son un fraude me cobraron $162 usd y no reconociron mi reserva.
Perdí también el monto que pagué para usar el teleférico porque estuve varias horas tratando de hacer el check in.
Son delincuentes disfrazados de alojamiento cómodo.
Si pudiera los demandaría.
Lo que lamento mucho es que Expedia los dejara hacer el fraude.“

„The chalet was great with amazing view. The hotel really lives by its name. Due to the distance between the chalets and the reception, would have been great to have a phone in the chalet. “

„The hotel is nice in general.
Amazing breakfast with Amazing view.
Breakfast only available between 8:00-9:00 the other option from 9:00-10:00 was already sold out at our check in time at 16:00 the day before.
We had no aircondition in the room. The room had 35 degrees on our arrival. We were not able to sleep due to the heat.“
