Urlaub mit Wasserpark in West Phoenix buchen

Everything was great!

They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and we had to leave the temp off. We were scheduled to stay another night but we were so angry we left. We think we should be entitled to a refund.

There was a few spider webs on the stairwell that could have been wiped off a little better. I did not communicate when making the reservation that I was handicapped so being put on the third floor was a little bit of a bummer but we made it work. And for last minute reservations it was just phenomenal and awesome very quiet other people were so respectful. The pool was clean the Shady place to have food downstairs patio area was nice and clean and just lovely!
